Cranberry sauce


I make my cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving by grinding 200 g frozen cranberries with 1/2 a whole orange in my KitchenAid mixer. I add some sugar to counterbalance the tartness.

Oh, that’s genius! I have a grinder for my Kitchen Aide but haven’t used it because I wasn’t thinking outside the meat. Cranberry sauce is my favorite part if thanks giving dinner, your recipe sounds and looks great!
