Meat and potatoes

Pork chops on the BBQ with a salad and roast potatoes. I make the potatoes a la my in-laws: peeled and microwaved for 8 minutes with a little water to pre-cook; then tossed in olive oil and browned in a 180C oven for 30 minutes.
