Fridge

In the fridge is low-fat and whole milk, orange-mango juice, sparkling mineral water, 3 kinds of yogurt (plain, strawberry, and Swiss custard), tahini, tofu cream cheese, eggs, butter, 3 different kinds of tofu (Chinese marinated, plain, and smoked... I just went shopping at the natural food store), Mexican vegie burgers, leftover tomato sauce and beef soup, and because I'm married to an Australian, beer.

In the door (it's hard to see I'm afraid): cheese (feta, parmesan & sliced cheddar), jam (apricot & strawberry), curry pastes (Thai green, tandoori, Jalfrezi, lime pickle), salad dressing (Paul Newman vinaigrette & Caeser), fish sauce, sesame oil, capers, anchovies, French mustard, pickled ginger, chopped ginger, chopped chillis, champagne, whole egg mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, and teriyaki sauce. Pesto somewhere in there too.

Wow, that was fun! I am such a weirdo. I mean, I actually enjoyed that :-/

I see you have the Newman's own dressing, Matt loves that stuff!!

And LMAO, at the beer comment..that was so funny,
:-D :-D :-D What a good laugh.

Where do you keep your produce, out on your counters? Or is it all already gone.

It's friday here and I'm headed back to the grocery today for more produce, we are already out of fruit and veggies.

Well isn't it funny we know each other because I enjoyed peeking into your fridge... and is it embarrassing to say it inspired me?! haha. but it did! YOu have such great healthy products in yours.

I took this on Thursday, day before produce shopping on Friday so we didn't have anything leftover but carrots. Usually the produce is in the bottom of fridge.

It's funny that anyone would think that my fridge is super healthy b/c I'm so hard on myslef for all the yucky processed foods I still rely on.

I would love to give up ketchup(it is full of sugar and not healthy at all), processed breakfast cereals, faux processed meats(which would mean I would make only homemade bean, nut, and tofu faux meats. I would like to make all of my own homemade salad dressings, I would like to make all of my own homemade puddings, cookies, ice cream, and yogurt. And my dreanm is to make my own homemade soymilk. I would love to have a processed-food-free-home ..but right now I just don't have the motivation which stinks b/c I have the time.
