Fried rice for dinner


Fried rice for dinner made with smoked tofu. I was hoping the smoky flavour would be a good replacement for ham... indeed it added saltiness and meat-like depth.

I didn't make it, I bought it. It was quite nice... it had a smoky kind of flavor.
