Stir-fried vegies and tofu with rice.
I made the basmati rice in the rice cooker with half coconut milk. A bit richer and sweet, good with a simple stir-fry.
The vegies were celery, baby corn, red capsicum and Chinese garlic greens, which I presume are the stalks of garlic. They were quite garlicky; I liked them a lot. Kind of a cross between spring onions and garlic.
