Sushi wrappers

I found these cute individually wrapped packs of seaweed at a new Asian grocery store in Gungahlin. The kids really liked them and found them easy to make little rolls. They even requested them for their lunchboxes!

I remember seeing a Japanese woman feed her 10-month-old baby by using similar seaweed pieces to scoop up some rice, then popping the whole thing in the baby's mouth.

We have a Korean pal whose mother mails her these delicious indiviually wrapped nori pieces. I had forgotten what good snacks they make until now.
