Friday shopping

I didn't buy only ribbon and paper mache pumpkins today.

Fruit: apples, oranges, brown pears, strawberries, lemons.

Vegies: pumpkin, spinach, cauliflower (I've been craving this with a white cheese sauce), sweet potato, brussel sprouts, celery, carrots, red capsicum, chat potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, shallots, cucumber, baby roma tomatoes, cos lettuce.

So pretty...fresh produce really is beautiful ~what with all the colors and shapes mixed in together and so skillfully displayed!

Good morning sister, I'm just back from the market myself and then I prepared our first batch of gluten free pancakes. All in all, with proper amounts of real butter and syrup they'll do the trick. For the most part, our evening meals are gluten free which hasn't been much of an adjustment. Fortunately we've found a very good brand of brown rice pasta which comes in the traditional shapes and sizes so that will make the transition much easier. Although Rhonda is not as concerned, I've located a brewer of gluten free beer that is based in Kansas City so on our next trip we'll stock her up for the winter months.

Hi brother, yes I'm sure Rhonda's really concerned about gluten-free beer! How were the gluten-free pancakes? Is Rhonda feeling better? (YOu can answer on email :)
