Dinner was beef and vegetable soup... stock and random leftover vegies and beef pot roast cooked in the slow cooker (crockpot) all afternoon.
The dessert was gorgeous. I made a quick raspberry sauce by heating frozen raspberries, strawberry jam, and some juice together. The sauce went atop chopped peaches and Swiss custard yogurt. Oooooh yeah.

I didn't add sweetener and I was a little concerned the kids would veto it as a result... because the raspberries are a little tart. The orange-mango juice I used was very sweet though, but I didn't use a lot of strawberry jam. They loved it anyway, I think because they mixed it all together and the peaches were very sweet and the yogurt is sweetened with fruit juice.
hahaha about Joshua. I think it's great that they learned at an early age to eat everything else besides dairy.
