Pizza at the Italian deli

The Italian deli at the Fyshwick markets serves the best coffee and pizza in Canberra, in my opinion. The man at the Nut Shoppe next door told me their pizza dough is made only of unbleached white flour, gluten flour and yeast. They must allow it to rise for a long time, because it is so chewy and rich. This pizza was topped with artichoke hearts, bocconcini and prosciutto.
