Tuesday dinner


Leonie's recipe for rice pie made with yogurt, eggs, cheese, leftover brown rice, grated carrot and zucchini, spring onions and canned soy beans. Served with sauteed baby mushrooms and steamed green beans.

Wow! that looks amazing. As does everything you post...the bolognese looks fabulous too. DH loves bolognese but I have never attempted it before ~I may have to try it out. Is it difficult and about how long is prep time?

Well after you brown the ground beef, you have to spend about the same amount of time cooking the vegies (which you probably would be chopping while the beef is browning), then the rest is slow cooking, so not too long of preparation.
