Sunday dinner


Braised tofu with teriyaki sauce and coriander; stir-fried broccoli, carrots and zucchini; and rice. For dessert, I made an easy chocolate sauce by microwaving leftover cream with some dark cooking chocolate until melted, and serving over vanilla ice cream.

    The sauce is soooooooooo easy (maybe I shouldn't be telling you this)... put the cream and the chocolate in the microwave; zap at medium one minute at a time, stirring in between.
