This is the second time I've made this Mexican rice in the rice cooker. I love it, as DD (dear daughter) did, but DS (dear son) wailed and gnashed his teeth in displeasure. Oh well. I love the guacamole on top with lots of salad vegies and then I mush it all together.

1) rice cookers....must have options as well as size.
