My fav parties to host are potlucks...I always end up with such a fantastic mix of foods and not only is it easy to prep for ~but clean up is so much easier! :oP<BR/><BR/>When I have a large potluck I do not even assign dishes I just provide the main dish and a couple of apps and ask everyone to bring a side or a dessert of thier choice. Somehow it always works out perfectly. The first time I did this I was nervous that we would end up with too many desserts or a ton of mac-n-cheese.. But I was pleasantly surprised with a beuatiful array of sides, salads and just the right amount of dessert :oDAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
